They Said It Would Take a Year. I Did It in Six Months.

After a serious riding injury, I was told to expect a long, difficult recovery. But I chose a different path. With peptides and a plan, I healed faster, stronger, and came back even better.

Natashia Fontenot: How I Reclaimed My Body, and My Saddle

I’ve always been an active person.

Not just workouts, I mean movement. My happy place is outside: chasing my kids, getting sweaty, breathing fresh air, and riding my horse. I ride English style, elegant, focused, fast. It’s a discipline that demands connection, strength, and control. It’s where I felt most myself.

Until the Accident:

It was a sunny afternoon, the kind of day that invites you to embrace the great outdoors As an avid horse rider, I couldn’t resist the call of the stable. However, what started as a routine ride quickly turned into a nightmare. My horse, usually so gentle, was spooked and I lost my balance and was thrown to the ground, resulting in a painful fracture of both my tibia and fibula.

The doctors moved swiftly, insisting on emergency surgery and cautioning me that my recovery could take at least a year. With a passion for caring for my family, horse riding, and maintaining an active lifestyle, this prognosis felt like a setback I couldn't accept.

Determined to find an alternative path to recovery, my husband, Matt, and I embarked on a journey of research. We found promising information about the use of regenerative peptides in healing. These small proteins seemed to hold the key to accelerating recovery processes naturally.

With cautious optimism, I decided to incorporate peptides into my recovery regimen. The results were astonishing! Within three months, I was walking again. By the fourth month, I was running after my kids and even completed a nine-minute per mile pace run. And by the sixth month, I was back in the saddle, jumping my beloved horse once more!

That recovery didn’t just change my body, it changed the way I view health. We don’t have to settle for slow, painful, or average. There are better tools out there. You just have to know where to look, and who to trust.

Don’t Wait a Year to Feel Like Yourself Again.

If I had followed the traditional route, I’d still be recovering. Instead, I healed faster, stronger, and got back to doing what I love, without being sidelined by the system.

Whether you’re recovering from an injury, feeling run-down, or just want to perform at your best… there’s a better way.
