All consultations, lab packages, and memberships must be paid in full at the time of purchase or booking. We do not bill insurance. Fees are subject to change without notice.

Refund policies for services will be clearly stated at the time of purchase or on the relevant booking page.

 
4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We ask that all cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

No-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee up to 100% of the scheduled service. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.
